Werth at the University of Mainz. He did two postdocs in quantum information and open systems with Prof. P. H\u00e4nggi at the University of Augsburg, and with Prof. R. Zambrini at the University of the Balearic Islands, where he led his own research lines as PI of a project funded by the Spanish Ministry.
